How to Measure & Order
Yes, you can order samples from our standard assortment (designs from the image bank and wall murals with special effects are not available as samples).
All our wall murals are custom made so you can order as many square meters/feet as you need to cover your wall. Though, there’s a size limit of 10 m x 10 m (1000 cm x 1000 cm or 32′ x 32′) for web orders. If you like to order more, please contact us and we will help you manually.
Our wallpapers may be available at a reseller in your area – see “Find Shop” here.
- Measure the width and height of the complete wall.
- If any section of the wall has different heights, measure the highest point to cover the whole wall.
- The wallpaper is printed in the exact measurements, so always add a minimum 5 cm (2 inches) to the width and height measurements if the wall is uneven.
Our samples are A3-sized (tabloid/ledger) with a downscaled version of the full design and will give you a good feel for the colors and material.
Yes, if you have a photo on your computer or smartphone, you can upload the image and preview the wallpaper directly on our website. If you have a real photograph, please contact us and we will help you scan it.
We can create a custom wallpaper just as you want it. Do you have a pattern or design in mind? Please contact us and we will help you.
All our murals are printed on the same material and fit perfectly on both walls and ceilings. Please note that the surface must be smooth, clean, dry and sound for wallpapering. We have selected a few murals from our assortment that we absolutely love to have on the ceiling, you can find them here.
We can make wall murals in any dimensions, but the minimum price is 5 m2 (32 sq ft), even if you buy less.
All our wallpapers are produced on 100 cm wide lengths. Each length will be marked in numerical order, making it easy for you to know which order to put them up.
If the design doesn’t fit the size of your wall we sometimes can make manual modifications. Please check out our design services for more information and to get a quote.

Wallpapers purchased on the website is manufactured by Cavalli wall factory in Turkey and sent without intermediaries to you or your business. We offer options for free payment and delivery as well as additional services for increased service needs.
The prices on the website include EU VAT.
Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Make it a habit to always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service immediately. Please save the order confirmation which includes you customer and order number in case you need to contact us. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible.

Returns & Complaints
The wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall and cannot be returned.
We sell all products with a one year guarantee and three year right of complaints in accordance. All warranties apply in Turkey. The product guarantee covers only the initial error, i.e., errors contained in the product upon delivery. Faulty or damaged products upon arrival are returned and exchanged free of charge.
We will not replace any additional costs that may arise due to a product is damaged, faulty or defective, such as extra work, materials or the like. It is up to the customer to check the product before installing it. We do not reimburse for faulty installations. If any dispute arises, the public complaints committee recommendations will be followed.

Through your registration and/or order you agree that Cavalli wall and use information about your purchases as well as the contact information you provide. The data is stored and used to enable us to fulfill our commitment to you, and better able to satisfy your needs as a customer and provide you with better service. This means that Cavalli wall, unless you in writing objected to it, may use your personal information to contact you by email with newsletters, by SMS, email or direct mail.
We treat your personal information with the utmost care and ensure that your customer data is only used by Cavalli wall. We offer a secure card payment with all major credit and debit card brands, in collaboration with the payment provider Stripe. Cavalli wall never handles or saves any card details.

How to Prepare & Install
Flaking paint and lose wallpaper should be removed and any uneven surfaces must be filled.
To install your new mural, the surface of the wall/ceiling must be smooth, clean, dry and sound.
Our wallpapers work great in washrooms with a toilet and sink as they have low humidity. High humidity rooms with a shower or a bathtub are not recommended as the high moisture in the air might damage our wallpapers.
No, our wall murals are made for indoor interiors only.

We recommend you use Rebel Walls wallpaper adhesive, which we include with every order. If you use another wallpaper paste, please choose one suited for non-woven wallpapers.

All our wallpapers are printed on a non-woven paper of the highest quality. The paper is reinforced with nylon fibers making the wallpaper stable, meaning that the adhesive can be applied directly to the wall; which makes installation much easier.
We recommend you to use Cavalli wall wallpaper adhesive, which we include in the box. If you use another wallpaper paste, please choose one suited for non-woven wallpaper.
It’s of great importance that the wallpaper is lightfast. Otherwise, it will lose its color after a while. Our production technology is designed to provide optimum resistance to fading.
All our wallpapers are washable, meaning that their surface is resistant to damage, and any domestic dirt or water stains can be wiped with a damp cloth or sponge.
All our wallpapers are printed on a non-woven paper reinforced with nylon fibers that create no VOC (Volatile organic compound) in room temperature. We print with all natural non-toxic color compounds that produce no VOC and our paste is made from modified potato starch that is also non-toxic.

We always include wallpaper paste so you can hang the wallpaper directly.

Returns & Exchanges
Your wallpaper is custom made to fit your wall which means it can’t be used on other walls, yet re-used on another wall. However, we have a 100% Happy Guarantee so if you are not satisfied with the wallpaper please contact us and we will send a new one or give you a full return. The 100% Happy Guarantee is valid 30 days from the order date and doesn’t apply in a case of incorrect measurements. If you have questions or are not satisfied with your wallpaper please contact us and we will find a solution for you.
Printing wallpaper is an advanced process and on rare occasions, mistakes can be made. Always check the wallpaper before hanging it to ensure there are no production defects. If you find any flaws, please contact us before you start installing the wallpaper, and we will replace it with a new one, free of charge. In all events, the limit of liability for any fault or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and the seller shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising. It is important that the provided instructions are followed to ensure the best results are achieved. We also recommend you use the supplied adhesive or an adhesive that is designed specifically for non-woven wallpapers.
